2. SNQ and the website
SNQ is the native asset and computational unit of the SetupNew Network. The website provides information about the network, ecosystem, developer resources, account functionality, and early access or presale features. Features may change, be limited, or be unavailable while the network and its services are being developed.
3. Wallet authentication and accounts
SNQ account authentication is based on an EVM-compatible wallet. You are responsible for maintaining control of your wallet, protecting your credentials and signing devices, and reviewing every wallet request before approving it. SNQ does not receive or store your private key or seed phrase.
4. Digital assets and blockchain transactions
Blockchain transactions are generally irreversible once confirmed. You are responsible for verifying the wallet address, network, asset, amount, and transaction details before signing or sending a transaction. Network fees, confirmation times, wallet availability, and third-party blockchain services are outside SNQ's direct control.
5. Early access and presale
Any SNQ early access or presale information displayed on the website is subject to the status and rules of the presale system. Pricing, availability, eligibility, payment methods, and purchase access may be changed, paused, or disabled. A displayed price or availability status does not constitute a guarantee that a purchase can be completed.
6. No investment or financial advice
Website content is provided for informational purposes and does not constitute investment, financial, legal, tax, or other professional advice. Nothing on the website is a promise of profit, future value, exchange listing, liquidity, return, or financial performance.
7. Acceptable use
You must not use the website or services for unlawful activity, fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, interference with network or website security, or activity that could damage the SNQ ecosystem or other users.

Wallet providers, blockchain networks, payment providers, analytics services, social platforms, and other third parties may be used alongside SNQ services. Their services are governed by their own terms and policies, and SNQ is not responsible for their independent operation.
9. Intellectual property
SNQ website content, branding, visual assets, software, and other materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Except where expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit these materials without authorization.
10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SNQ and its contributors disclaim warranties not expressly stated in these terms and are not liable for losses arising from wallet compromise, user error, blockchain failures, third-party services, network congestion, market movements, or unavailable features.
