Privacy Policy
How SNQ handles information across the website and related services.
Last updated: 15 September 2026
This policy is written for the current SNQ website architecture and describes the principal categories of information used by the platform.
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how information may be handled when you visit or use the SNQ website, create or access an SNQ account, use wallet authentication, or interact with SNQ early access features.
2. Information we may receive
Depending on the features you use, information may include your public EVM wallet address, authentication and session information, linked Google or Apple account information when you choose to link one, account preferences such as timezone and display format, presale and payment records, and technical information needed to operate and secure the website. SNQ does not request or store your wallet private key or seed phrase.
3. Blockchain information
Public blockchain networks are transparent by design. Wallet addresses and confirmed transactions may be publicly visible on their respective networks and explorers. Information recorded on a blockchain may not be removable or alterable by SNQ.
4. How information is used
Information may be used to authenticate users, maintain account sessions, provide account features, process and verify eligible transactions, maintain presale records, provide support, prevent abuse and fraud, secure the website, troubleshoot technical issues, and improve the reliability of SNQ services.
5. Authentication and linked providers
Wallet authentication establishes your primary SNQ identity. Google or Apple may be linked only when you choose to use those account-linking features. Those providers process information under their own privacy policies. SNQ does not control how an external provider independently handles information.
6. Payments and transaction verification
When a payment or presale feature is used, information necessary to quote, identify, verify, reconcile, and record the transaction may be processed. Blockchain and payment-provider data may be independently visible or retained by the relevant network or provider.
7. Cookies and local storage
SNQ may use cookies, local storage, or similar technologies that are necessary for authentication, session management, security, preferences, and website functionality. See the Cookie Policy for more information.
8. Sharing and service providers
Information may be shared with service providers only as reasonably necessary to operate the website and its services, such as authentication, hosting, database, blockchain, payment, security, and infrastructure providers. SNQ does not authorize service providers to use information beyond the purposes for which they are engaged, subject to their applicable terms.
9. Security
SNQ uses reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect information. No internet service or blockchain system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You are responsible for securing your wallet, devices, authentication methods, and recovery credentials.
10. Retention
Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, legal or regulatory obligations, security, dispute resolution, and legitimate operational requirements. Blockchain records are subject to the characteristics of the relevant public network.
11. Your choices
You may choose not to use optional account-linking or other optional features. You may also manage supported browser permissions and device storage settings. Requests concerning personal information can be directed through official SNQ support channels.
12. Policy changes
This Privacy Policy may be updated as the SNQ website and ecosystem evolve. The latest version and its update date will be published on this page.
13. Contact
For privacy questions or requests, use the official SNQ support channels published on the website.
